This agency is established in 2007 ,after obtaining its empanelment with Director General of Resettlemnt , Min of Defence , New Delhi

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

The Agency is headed by Col (Retd) K V Cherian, VSM& Bar, M-in-D, FRGS, who is a defence veteran from Indian Army after rendering meritorious service of 37yrs .
